How we got here

Phase 01

Branding & Identity

We started where it matters most the foundation. Logo systems, brand identity, visual language and positioning for F&B groups and retail businesses across KL. Learning what makes a brand stick in a market that never stops moving.

Phase 02

Social Media & Online Marketing

As platforms grew, so did we. Managing content, campaigns and paid ads for restaurants, retailers and professional services clients. Building the discipline of understanding audiences not just creating content for the sake of it.

Phase 03

Full Digital Marketing

Strategy, execution, analytics running integrated digital for clients who needed more than just posts. This is where we learned the real gap in the market: businesses with strong services but weak digital credibility. Great work, but no presence to show for it.

SmartWeb Design & AI Solutions

We repositioned around the gap we kept seeing. Professionals with real expertise but websites that undersell them. KIIPT now builds AI-powered websites and digital systems faster, sharper, and more strategic than a traditional agency. Not just making things look good, but making them work.
